Groupe SEB employees?

Ethics we have just adopted formalises our commitments
and clarifies the guidelines on a worldwide scale. This
foundation stone of shared values facilitates our approach
to harmonising HR policies, particularly to ensure the
successful integration of newly acquired companies.
What is your recruitment policy?

n order to recruit the characters and skills that we
require, we strive to enhance Groupe SEB's visibility and
appeal amongst students in France and, starting in 2013,
in countries where we have significant employee numbers.
