Correspondence List<br />

Courtesy copies of relevant correspondence, including letters of notification prepared during Level II<br />

or Level III consultation should be provided to the following list of personnel:<br />

DOE-ID<br />

Environmental Programs manager, tribal liaison officer, cultural resources coordinator<br />

Project manager<br />

Office of Chief Counsel<br />

INL <strong>Cultural</strong> <strong>Resource</strong> <strong>Management</strong> Office<br />

Project manager<br />

Regulatory Affairs manager and other senior level managers (in case of Level III consultation)<br />

Tribal<br />

Tribal attorney<br />

Tribal Business Council (in case of Level III consultation)<br />

Tribal cultural resources coordinator<br />

Other (depending on situation and level of consultation)<br />

<strong>Idaho</strong> State Historic Preservation Office<br />

This distribution list should be kept current, and revised as personnel and titles change. The respective<br />

CRM personnel are responsible for notifying the INEEL CRMO of changes as soon as possible.<br />

Revisions to the list should be prepared by the INEEL CRMO, and provided to DOE-ID and tribal CRM<br />

personnel as soon as possible.<br />
