These assumptions will be further confirmed as part <strong>of</strong> the follow-on EA for the Phase I Implementation<br />

<strong>Plan</strong> identified in the AMP. The following summary table is a preliminary assessment <strong>of</strong> the<br />

environmental permits that may be required for completion <strong>of</strong> the proposed projects. Further review <strong>of</strong><br />

applicability <strong>of</strong> permits would necessary prior to the commencement <strong>of</strong> the proposed projects and would<br />
