wind farm proponent no later than 1.5 weeks from receipt of<br />
proposal from team leader.<br />
• Final response letter<br />
The time taken to send out a final response letter depends on<br />
the complexity of the project. The developer should be kept<br />
informed on a regular basis of the progress of the project if<br />
extended time is required.<br />

• Locations within gazetted Defence Areas Control Regulations or<br />
infringing airfield Obstruction Clearance Surfaces (OCS)<br />
• Sites within any easements controlled by Defence or obstructing<br />
communications path (e.g. microwave links)<br />
• All wind farms on land or offshore<br />
• Map showing the location of the wind farm boundary extent<br />
• Site plans showing individual turbine locations, wind monitoring<br />
masts and associated electrical works<br />
• Construction details (turbine heights to blade tip zenith (in<br />
metres above ground level), number of turbines, construction<br />
materials, details of crane use, batching plant, etc)<br />
• Any aviation lighting plan<br />
• A description of any other structure to be built (including<br />
materials height AGL and lighting)<br />
• Any other information deemed relevant by Defence (e.g. timing<br />
of construction, construction crane information, potential wind<br />
farm expansion plans)<br />
