Altitude Indication: (continued)<br />

Radio minimums<br />

Indication is amber during approach when the aircraft is at<br />

or below minimum, and above zero. Flashes for 5 seconds<br />

when descending through minimum.<br />

Radio minimums<br />

with dial<br />

Dial appears in flight<br />

below 1000 ft radio<br />

altitude.<br />

Barometric minimums<br />

Depending on airline<br />

specifications, the radio<br />

altitude is displayed<br />

either inside the attitude<br />

indicator or above it. If it<br />

is above it, the numerical<br />

radio minimums are<br />

placed above the attitude<br />

indicator, and the<br />

numerical barometric<br />

minimums below the<br />

attitude indicator,—<br />

otherwise the layout is<br />

reversed.<br />

QFE flag<br />

When QFE is selected on<br />

FMC APPROACH REF<br />

page, touchdown zone is<br />

set to 0 ft and QFE flag is<br />

continuously displayed.<br />

When QNH is selected<br />

(normal mode), QNH<br />

flag is displayed for<br />

10 seconds.<br />
