Student Promotion Committee ReviewThe Student Promotion Committee will review the file to determine compatibility withthe curriculum and, if appropriate, specify the deficiencies to be addressed. If thecandidate's records are found incompatible with the curriculum, the file will bereturned to the Director <strong>of</strong> Admissions with the recommendation to deny transfer. If thecandidate's records are found acceptable at this stage, the transfer application file willbe returned to the Director <strong>of</strong> Admissions in preparation for the personal interview.Personal InterviewThe Director <strong>of</strong> Admissions, on the recommendation <strong>of</strong> both the Admissions Committeeand the Student Promotion Committee will invite the transfer candidate to TUCOM tobe interviewed by the Admissions Committee.Final DecisionFollowing the personal interview, the Admissions Committee will either charge theDirector <strong>of</strong> Admissions with advising the candidate that the request for transfer has notbeen approved, or will recommend to the Dean <strong>of</strong> the <strong>College</strong> that the request fortransfer be granted. The Dean shall finally determine admission status and classstanding.Permanent AddressThe Office <strong>of</strong> the Registrar maintains the <strong>of</strong>ficial permanent address for all enrolledstudents <strong>of</strong> TUC. Each student has the responsibility to provide the Office <strong>of</strong> theRegistrar with a current address, email address and phone number. Students also areexpected to furnish the Registrar with their local address and telephone number. Anychange <strong>of</strong> address, email address and/or telephone number must be reported to theRegistrar.Name ChangeThe university adjusts its records appropriately if a student legally changes his/hername. A student who has a legal change <strong>of</strong> name must submit, to the Registrar, the legaldocuments (court order, marriage license, etc.) related to the change.
