INPUT CommandDescriptionThe INPUT command instructs <strong>NetEx</strong>/eFT to take its commands from the specified input file on the localhost. This file may contain any number of <strong>NetEx</strong>/eFT commands. These commands can be structured insuch a way that a sophisticated user could create predefined <strong>NetEx</strong>/eFT procedures that can be used by beginning<strong>NetEx</strong>/eFT users. The minimum spelling is IN.(optional) tells <strong>NetEx</strong>/eFT how to respond to an error encountered when processing inputfiles. This value should be set to either ON or OFF. ON tells <strong>NetEx</strong>/eFT to continue processingeven if an error is encountered while processing commands in the input file. OFFsays to terminate processing of the input file if an error is encountered. The initial setting isOFF. The minimum spelling is -CONT.(optional) tells <strong>NetEx</strong>/eFT whether or not to echo input to the terminal as it reads input commands.Commands are echoed as they appear in the input file, before string substitution (andalias translation) is performed. This value should be set to either ON or OFF. The initial settingis OFF.(optional) indicates whether or not to cause input failure if the file name specified is missingor invalid. The default is ON.
