Schedule 1 The <strong>Criminal</strong> <strong>Code</strong>Part 5 Offences against the person and relating to marriage and parental rights and dutiesChapter 28 Homicide—suicide— concealment of birth[s 307]such act or omission being of such a nature as to belikely to endanger human life;is guilty of a crime, and is liable to imprisonment for life.307 Accessory after the fact to murderAny person who becomes an accessory after the fact tomurder is guilty of a crime, and is liable to imprisonment forlife.308 Threats to murder in documentAny person who, knowing the contents thereof, directly orindirectly causes any person to receive any documentthreatening to kill any person, is guilty of a crime, and is liableto imprisonment for 7 years.309 Conspiring to murderAny person who conspires with any other person to kill anyperson, whether such person is in <strong>Queensland</strong> or elsewhere, isguilty of a crime, and is liable to imprisonment for 14 years.310 Punishment of manslaughterAny person who commits the crime of manslaughter is liableto imprisonment for life.311 Aiding suicideAny person who—(a) procures another to kill himself or herself; or(b) counsels another to kill himself or herself and therebyinduces the other person to do so; or(c) aids another in killing himself or herself;is guilty of a crime, and is liable to imprisonment for life.Current as at 1 December 2014 Page 191
