Schedule 1 The <strong>Criminal</strong> <strong>Code</strong>Part 1 IntroductoryChapter 5 <strong>Criminal</strong> responsibility[s 34]which grievous bodily harm to the person of another, or anintention to cause such harm, is an element, nor to a personwho has by entering into an unlawful association orconspiracy rendered himself or herself liable to have suchthreats made to the person.(3) Whether an order is or is not manifestly unlawful is a questionof law.34 Offences by partners and members of companies withrespect to partnership or corporate propertyA person who, being a member of a co-partnership,corporation, or joint stock company, does or omits to do anyact with respect to the property of the co-partnership,corporation, or company, which, if the person were not amember of the co-partnership, corporation, or company,would constitute an offence, is criminally responsible to thesame extent as if the person were not such member.36 Application of rules(1) The provisions of this chapter apply to all persons chargedwith any criminal offence against the statute law of<strong>Queensland</strong>.(2) Except for sections 22(3), 29 and 31, this chapter does notapply to regulatory offences.Page 58 Current as at 1 December 2014
