State Jail Felons Supplemental Report (SJFSR)Purpose:The State Jail Felony Supplemental Report is utilized to obtain basic statistical information on<strong>of</strong>fenders under community supervision for a state jail felony. Therefore, this supplementalreport will not balance (e.g., beginning <strong>of</strong> month numbers plus placements minus terminationswill not equal end <strong>of</strong> month numbers). This report does not change information reported on thefull MCSCR.Deadline:The SJFSR is due to <strong>CJAD</strong> at the same time the MCSCR is submitted.Procedures:The Frequently Asked Questions document contains clarifications to common reportingquestions and will be updated by <strong>TDCJ</strong>-<strong>CJAD</strong> Research and Evaluation as necessary. TheSJFSR should be filled out following the SJFSR Instructions and, where applicable, theclarifications contained in the Frequently Asked Questions.The SJFSR should be submitted via mail, fax, or email to the <strong>TDCJ</strong>-<strong>CJAD</strong> Research andEvaluation Unit.
