Page 1 of 2Caseload Report InstructionsAll data should be reported as of the last working day of the month for which data is collected.Relation of Caseload Report to MCSCRNumbers reported on the Caseload Report should add up to numbers reported on the MCSCR asdescribed below:Community Supervision Officers: Regular + Part-time+ Specialized + Other = MCSCR ReportedOfficers (Full-time and Part-time)Direct Felons: Regular + Part-time + Specialized + Other = MCSCR Direct FelonDirect Misdemeanor: Regular + Part-time + Specialized + Other = MCSCR Direct MisdemeanorDefinitionsRegular and Specialized Community Supervision Officers (CSOs): Include only full-timecommunity supervision officers who spend at least 50% of their time on supervision orsupervision-related duties supervising offenders on regular or specialized caseloads.Include any CSO funded through the Caseload Reduction grants under Regular full-timeCSO, even if you have established a specialized caseload through this grant, such as aMedium and High Risk Caseload. This will enable us to calculate the impact of the CaseloadReduction funding on regular direct caseloads. Include any offenders supervised by a CSOfunded through a caseload reduction grant under Regular offenders under supervision.Part-time CSO: Include CSOs who supervise one or more direct cases and works less than 40hours per week.Other CSOs: Include CSOs who supervise at least one direct offender and spend more than 50%of their time on supervisory or administrative tasks under “Other”. Include any CSO supervisingat least one Direct or Pre-Trial offender that does not fit the definition of a Regular, Specialized,or Part-time CSO under “Other”Number of CSOs: Enter the number of full-time community supervision officers employed bythe CSCD who are responsible for supervising offenders on Direct or Pre-Trial supervision.Enter the total number of officers supervising regular caseloads in the Regular Caseload columnand the total number of officers supervising specialized caseloads in the Specialized Caseloadcolumn.- 65 ­
