Actual Program Outputs ReportPurposeThe purpose of the Actual Program Outputs report is to gather information on how CSCDs haveused TDCJ-CJAD funds (DP, CCP, and Basic Supervision) for services, interventions, andprograms. Data collected on the Actual Program Outputs is primarily used in Community JusticePlan (CJP) proposal scoring; however, it is also used to respond to information requests fromoutside entities.Deadline:Actual Program Outputs reports are typically due mid-January of each year. Specific deadlineswill be communicated to all CSCDs by December of each year.Any changes to data requested will be made prior to the beginning of the reporting period (i.e.any changes to the form for FY 2008 will be provided to CSCDs by September 1, 2007).Procedures:Approximately one month prior to the deadline for Actual Program Outputs report submission,the Research and Evaluation Unit will contact CSCD directors via email announcing the deadlinefor submission of the Actual Program Outputs. Any specific instructions for data reporting andaccessing the Actual Program Outputs website will also be provided. CSCD directors areresponsible for ensuring that all CSCD staff responsible for submitting the Actual ProgramOutputs Reports are informed of the deadline and any additional information provided.Approximately one week prior to the deadline, the Research and Evaluation Unit will send afollow-up email to CSCD directors reminding them of the impending deadline.
