SET_AND_SEND_CONNECTED_NUMBER_ELEMENTUse the SET_AND_SEND_CONNECTED_NUMBER_ELEMENTsubroutine to build a Connected Number information element with thedata supplied in parameters 3 through 7 (see page 4-77).
