This feature returns the diversion type and thenumber diverted to the application. This feature is helpful inpreventing outbound calls from being diverted to VM or ACDqueues. In addition, the application has access to read the Calling LineCategory (CLC) and Service Indicator Code (SIC) fields on inboundcalls and set both of these fields on outbound calls. The outboundCalling Line Identity (CLI) can also be set using this protocol.
