SET_AND_SEND_ORIGINAL_CALLED_NUMBER_ELEMENTUse the SET_AND_SEND_ORIGINAL_CALLED_NUMBER_ELEMENTsubroutine to build an Original Called Number information elementwith the data supplied in parameters 3 through 8. (see page 4-81). Thesubroutine places the parameters in an outbound message dictated byparameter 2.
