This sends a Disconnectto the D Channel to release it.4 Enter 5 to select Span number.5 Enter 1 to set the service state option. If a link is manually stopped,enable its service state before restarting the link.6 To enable a link that has been manually stopped, return to step 3and enter 1 Layer 2 Establish Request. This sends a SABME orSABMEs.
