Establishing Synchronization with HHTESTHHTEST is the system utility designed to test VocalCard Digitalhardware. Have the following files ready to run HHTEST during ISDNconfiguration.• protisdn.dll (mandatory)• isdnL2.dll (mandatory)• rdisdn.exe• isdn_con.exe (or other ISDN version)One of the following ISDN Layer 3 Modules is required. There areseparate part numbers for each. These files correspond to the[ISDNSwitchType].• isdn_att.dll – T1 AT&T• isdn_dms.dll – T1 Nortel• isdn_cor.dll – T1 Cornet• isdn_hkg.dll – T1 Hong Kong• isdn_eu4.dll – E1 European ISDN• isdn_hcm.dll – E1 HicomWhen intvconf.dat is reconfigured, follow the steps below:Make sure that ISDN isinitialized during startupof HHTEST. If it is notinitialized, the Line Typeparameter is incorrect inintvconf.dat.1 If ISAINIT is running, stop it, then restart it by selecting Close, orpressing , and restart it.2 Make sure ISAINIT is functioning with the new intvconf.dat. Thescreen should reflect the updated version.3 Start HHTEST. From the desktop, click Start > Programs >INTERVOICE > Technical Support > Hardware Handler Test.ISDN DLL ErrorIf an ISDN L3 DLL error occurs, check the[ISDNSwitchType] parameter to make sure that thecorrect switch type is selected. It should be one of theLayer 3 Modules listed above.
