Nortel DMS ConfigurationOptional EntriesThe following configuration entry is optional:If a value other than 1 or 0is entered, the protocoldefaults to 0.[INFO_DIGITS]Modifies the content of the outgoing setup message. Normally, anOrigination information element is included in the setup message.This information element is defined by Nortel using Codeset 6.The Origination information element (IE) has a 0x01h identifier <strong>and</strong>contains one octet. The [INFO_DIGITS] entry has a variable numberof elements (from 1 to 8) representing each span in the system. Eachelement can be one of two values:• 1 – Causes the Origination information element to be replacedwith a Generic Digits information element which is also incodeset 6.
