DCE configuration normallyrepresents the Network side of the connection. 0 =DTE, 1=DCE.Frame Window (k)Indicates the maximum number of outstanding frames (windowsize). The range is 1 to 127.Packet Size (N201)Indicates the maximum number of octets in an information field. Foran SAP supporting signaling, the default is 260 octets.Level 3 Timers T302Starts upon the sending of a Setup Acknowledge message duringOverlap Receiving.
