However, theviews expressed during the consultation in relation to all <strong>of</strong> the themesare outlined in this chapter, in order to accurately reflect what was saidduring the consultation process.This chapter focuses on describing the range <strong>of</strong> views <strong>and</strong> ideas that were putforward, since the process did not lend itself to pressing for or measuringconsensus. However, where there appeared to be a strongly shared view, orwhere a view on an issue was clearly a minority view, this has been indicated.Where relevant, the source <strong>of</strong> a viewpoint is referred to.
