And it is certainlytrue that when the Ancient of dayscomes and sits upon his throne, and the Sonof man comes before him with the clouds ofheaven, then the present heaven and earthpass away. Dan. vii. 9-13: "I beheld tillthe thrones were cast down, and the Ancientof days did sit, whose garment was whiteassnow, and the hair of his head like the purewool: his throne was like the fiery flame,and his wheels asburning fire. A fierystream issued and came forth from beforehim: thousand thousands ministered untohim, and ten thousand times ten thousandStood before him: the judgment was set, andthe books wereopened. ~I beheld then becauseof the voice of the great Words whichthe horn spake: I beheld even till the beastwasslain, and his body destroyed, and givento the burning flame.
