13. Report of UUK Consultation on External Examining Arrangements QAC 10/11 5 N
Noted. It was noted that the University’s Code of Practice for External
Examiners would be revisited shortly in the light of the recent report of UUK
on external examining arrangements.
14. Good Practice
Members noted with interest the ‘Speaking Up’ group in the School of
Philosophy, Psychology and Language Sciences, which aimed to help
students make verbal contributions to tutorials and other discussion for a:

It was noted that the volume of business was such that some items would be
