• Complaints <strong>and</strong> monitoring procedure.<br />

(ii) Key Performance Indicators:<br />

• Statistics to be divided into Undergraduate <strong>and</strong><br />

Postgraduate, Home, International, EU, Year <strong>of</strong> study.<br />

(iii) Feedback:<br />

• Overview <strong>of</strong> responses from surveys <strong>and</strong> user/non-user<br />

feedback.<br />

• Sector-wide benchmarking.<br />

• Statistics to be divided into Undergraduate <strong>and</strong><br />

Postgraduate, Home, International, EU, Year <strong>of</strong> study.<br />

3.3.3.7 Review Panel Visit to Student Support Service<br />

3.3.4 Review Recommendations<br />

The Student Support Service is expected to submit an annual update to the<br />

QAC Sub-committee until recommendations <strong>of</strong> the Panel Report are<br />

Review cycle<br />

(i) Periodic Enhanced Review panel on a five year cycle basis.<br />

(ii) In intervening years, an Annual (QA) Report is submitted.
