2. Application <strong>and</strong> Registration <strong>of</strong> Postgraduate Students<br />
2.1 Application may be made for registration in one <strong>of</strong> the following categories:<br />
...(b) as a c<strong>and</strong>idate for a postgraduate masters degree (MArch, MArch (Studies), LLM, LLM<br />
by Research, MBA, MCouns, MEd, MMus, MSc, MSW, MTeach, MTh,<br />
“2.5 Every c<strong>and</strong>idate must incorporate in the thesis a signed declaration<br />
(a) that the thesis has been composed by the c<strong>and</strong>idate, <strong>and</strong><br />
(b) either that the work is the c<strong>and</strong>idate’s own, or, if the c<strong>and</strong>idate has been a member <strong>of</strong> a<br />
research group, that the c<strong>and</strong>idate has made a substantial contribution to the work, such<br />
contribution being clearly indicated, <strong>and</strong><br />
(c) that the work has not been submitted for any other degree or pr<strong>of</strong>essional qualification<br />
except as specified.”<br />

during the period <strong>of</strong> their registration, take courses or pursue studies in this or in any other<br />
institution with a view to obtaining any degree, diploma or pr<strong>of</strong>essional qualification other than<br />
