The University of Edinburgh
Senate Quality Assurance Committee – 25 May 2011
Internal Subject Review Good Practice 2010/11
The instances of good practice are drawn from those Teaching Programme Reviews
which have submitted a final report. A further report will be made from the remaining
Teaching Programme Reviews and from Postgraduate Programme Reviews.
Good practice has been extracted which is most readily transferable to a range of
disciplines. While good practice was identified in all subject areas reviewed in
2010/11, examples which were allied very closely to a specific discipline have not
been included here. College quality assurance committees are asked to disseminate
the examples of good practice.
