• Cross-checking with Quality Unit on staff to be approached as review
conveners and internal team members, to avoid duplication between TPR and
PPR. Forming review teams in time for participation in University review
teams and review areas briefing: Feb/March 2012 for 2012/13 reviews; and
September 2012 for 2013/14 reviews. Colleges and the Quality Unit will
each maintain their own bank of potential team members. A date will be set
annually for Colleges and the Quality Unit to confer on team members they
wish to approach
• Gathering subject-specific remit items for discussion at remit meeting
• Arrangements for the remit meeting convened by the DASQA and preparation
of list of programmes for inclusion in review. The timing of the remit meeting
• Finalising and circulating remit for review following the remit meeting
• Arranging the internal briefing meeting
• Collation and circulation of material to review team. The deadline for
circulation will be a matter for each College but ideally 5 weeks before review
• Production of review report and oversight of follow-up, including receipt of
review area response according to milestones and annual reporting on
recommendations in College Quality report to SQAC
