GENEVIÈVE PAQUETTE
Geneviève Paquette entame sa 22 e année avec l’organisation du Club de hockey
Canadien. Elle a poursuivi des études à la faculté de traduction à l’Université
de Montréal avant d’accepter un poste au Forum de Montréal en 1991. Cinq ans plus tard, elle se joignait
aux Canadiens de Montréal où elle remplit de nombreux mandats au sein de différents services et en 1999
elle intégrait le service des Communications et des Relations communautaires des Canadiens. En 2006, elle
fut promue au poste de directrice des Relations communautaires du club. Geneviève voit à la gestion des
initiatives de l’équipe au sein de la communauté et assume, depuis le mois de juillet 2008, le rôle de directrice
exécutive de la Fondation des Canadiens pour l’enfance..
Geneviève Paquette is entering her 22 nd year with the Montreal Canadiens organization. After attending
Université de Montréal where she earned a degree in translation, she began her career at the Montreal
Forum back in 1991. Five years later she joined the Montreal Canadiens, successfully taking on a
number of tasks with different departments before she became part of the Canadiens Communications
and Community Relations Department. In 2006, she was promoted to Director of Community Relations.
Geneviève is responsible for the team’s initiatives in the community and was named Executive Director of
the Montreal Canadiens Children’s Foundation in July 2008..
