Djuro Kutlaca (b. 1956: Zagreb, Yugoslavia) has been a
research associate at Mihajlo Pupin Institute in Belgrade
(Serbia) since 1981. He currently heads the Science and
Technology Policy Research Centre and is Full Professor
at Metropolitan University in Belgrade. Dr Kutlaca is a
past visiting researcher at the Fraunhofer Institut für
System- und Innovationsforschung in Germany (1987;
1991–1992) and at the Science Policy Research Unit of
the University of Sussex in the UK (1996; 1997; 2001–
2002).
