District Court, Number O:317/47, it was found that Abraham Levi, son of the late Mayer,<br />

died in Banjaluka in 1941 and that his property: a house with a yard and one building in<br />

Pelagićeva Street and garden of 208 m², in total value of 12.110 dinars, inherit his daughters -<br />

Lunčika, wife of Naim Hrgić from Jajce and Flora, wife of Iso Popović from Sarajevo. 1366<br />

Upon a Decision of the City People’s Committee Banjaluka, Number 17972/47 of<br />

May 16th 1947, in agreement of the County People's Committee in Banjaluka, Number<br />

4969/47 of June 7th 1947 and by the Request of Flora Levi, it was found that Ernestina Levi,<br />

maiden name Finci from Banjaluka, born in 1886 in Travnik, was killed in August in 1942 in<br />

the concentration camp Stara Gradiška. 1367<br />

In the Record of the Commission the City People’s Committee Banjaluka of June 20 th<br />

1947 and Probate Conclusion of the District Court Banjaluka , Number O:258/47, states that<br />

<strong>Jakov</strong> Levi, son of the late Abraham from Banjaluka, together with brothers Isak and Albert<br />

was killed on April 31st 1942 in the concentration camp Jasenovac during the mass execution<br />

of Jews, and that his property consisted of a house with house site of 95 m², garden of 77 m²,<br />

garden of 204 m² and yard of 50 m², in a value of 70.000 dinars.<br />

For inheritors of his property were pronounced his sons Isak and Albert Levi, both<br />

from Banjaluka and daughter Sarina Horn, maiden Levi from Zagreb. Inheritors after the late<br />

Isak Levi, son of the late <strong>Jakov</strong>, are a brother Albert Levi and a sister Sarina Horn, maiden<br />

name Levi, and inheritor after the late Albert Levi is his sister Sarina Horn, maiden name<br />

8th 1947, by the Agreement of the County People’s Committee in Banjaluka, Number<br />

3774/47 of April 10th 1947, and by the Request of Sarina Horn, maiden name Levi, it was<br />

found that <strong>Jakov</strong> Levi, son of Avram and mother Lea, maiden name Levi, from Banjaluka,<br />

born in 1889 in Banjaluka, was killed on April 31st 1942 in Jasenovac. 1371<br />

On September 29th 1909 in Govedarnica she opened the Second Hand Shop of (the<br />
