Irena Hajon maiden Levi<br />

Pursuant to the Probate Conclusion of the District Court in Derventa, Number O:94/46<br />

as of April 10, 1951; it was stated that Jozef Hajon from Derventa was arrested together with<br />

his family by the Ustashe on July 31, 1942; and in August 1942 he was transported to the<br />

Stara Gradiška concentration camp where he was executed. Later on his wife Irena maiden<br />

Levi Hajon and children Teodora, Rikica and Hančika (all from Derventa) died in the<br />

concentration camp.<br />

The following were declared as the inheritors of the property of the Hajon family from<br />

Derventa: <strong>Dr</strong> Hajon Levi, son of the late Teodor, from Banjaluka; the Engineer Moric Levi;<br />

son of the late in Teodor, from Belgrade and Jozef Levi, son of the late Teodor, from Zagreb.<br />

<strong>Dr</strong> Hajon Levi and the Engineer Moric Levi renounce their part of inheritance in favour of<br />

their brother Jozef. 1427<br />
