Committee for the former Vrbas Banovina No. 3020/41 and without expropriation of the<br />

owner or any audit evaluation the shop was sold to Abdulrezak Tetarić for 100.000 kunas<br />

On January 16, 1942, the Municipal Residential Office in Banjaluka took over the<br />

control over the houses of Herman Štajnlauf and Mišo Poljokan who were not in Banjaluka at<br />

that time. The manager for the property of Herman Štajlnauf and Mišo Poljokan wasn’t<br />

Fani-Hani maiden Steinlauf (Banjaluka, 1888 – the Jasenovac concentration camp, August<br />

She had a permanent residence in Ademaga Mešić Street No. 1 up to July 28, 1942. 2573<br />

In the Application the deprivation of life or missing persons, submitted in Banjaluka<br />

on September 17, 1945 by Roza Hauer, daughter of Herman Steinlauf, the Tradeswoman from<br />

Banjaluka; it was stated (Column A) that Fani Steinlauf, daughter of Leon, age 50, the<br />

Tradeswoman, resided in Banjaluka, the Jewess, was a civilian arrested by the Ustashe in<br />

August 1941 and she was taken from Banjaluka to unknown direction. Pursuant to the Probate<br />

Proceeding of the District Court in Banjaluka No. O: 426/46 the inheritors of the property<br />

were Roza maiden Steinlauf, married to Šalomon Hauer from Senta and Salčika maiden<br />

Steinlauf, connubial Salom, from Bari. 2574<br />

Fani Steinlauf, born in 1888 in Banjaluka, the Jewess, murdered by the Ustashe in the<br />

Jasenovac concentration camp in 1942. 2575<br />

In the period from 1920 to 1922 she attended the Roman Catholic Senior School for<br />

- Daughter of the Tradesman Herman and Fani, the Ashkenazi Jewess.<br />

In the period from 1922 to 1924 she attended the Senior Public School for Girls in<br />

Banjaluka and lived with her mother in Gušića Street No. 4. 2577<br />

- Daughter of the Tradesman Herman and Fani, the Ashkenazi Jewess.<br />

In the period from 1923 to 1924 she attended the Senior Public School for Girls in<br />

Banjaluka and lived with her mother in Gušića Street No. 4. 2578<br />
