- Ask Ss to read the statements in exercise 2 and<br />

write T or F at the end of statement without<br />

listening to the recording. If they have any<br />

difficulty doing this, play the recording again.<br />

- Have Ss compare their answers in pairs before<br />

giving T the answer. Write Ss’ answer on the<br />

board.<br />

- Play the recording one last time confirm the<br />

answers for both exercises 1 and 2.<br />

Activity 3:<br />

GV cho HS đọc Study skill. Sau đó giải thích cách<br />

dùng của liên từ chỉ sự <strong>kế</strong>t nối theo chuỗi qua<br />

việc nhắc lại ý tưởng của Mi và Nick ở <strong>bài</strong> nghe.<br />

Sau đó GV cho HS làm việc đôi, phỏng vấn về ba<br />

điều bạn mình sẽ làm khi trở thành chủ tịch câu<br />

lạc bộ.<br />

Yêu cầu HS mở rộng ý tưởng bằng việc giải thích<br />

và đưa ra ví dụ.<br />

Lời dẫn:<br />

- First, I would like you to read the study skills box.<br />

- It is the use of connectors to show sequence.<br />

- You can see Mi and Nick have used these<br />

connectors when showing their ideas.<br />

- Then I want you to work in pairs and interview<br />

each other to find out the three things you will do if<br />

you become the club president. Remember to make<br />

notes about each other’s ideas.<br />

- Don’t forget to expand your ideas by explaining<br />

the idea and or giving examples.<br />
