I. Objectives:<br />
By the end of the lesson, students can:<br />
• use the lexical items related to the topic ‘My<br />
friends’<br />
• use vocabulary and structures about personality<br />
• identify and practise the language of polite<br />
requests<br />
• guess the meaning of new words based on<br />
clues including pictures and surrounding words<br />
II. Procedures: Các bước tiến hành<br />
Hoạt động 1: Warm-up (3 to 5 minutes)<br />
Phương án 1: Chơi trò chơi ‘Memorising game’<br />
– Look at the picture in 30 seconds; try to remember<br />
its content.<br />
– Then I will ask you 5 questions about it. Who<br />
answers correctly and faster is the winner.<br />
– Are you ready? OK, great. Let’s look at this very<br />
beautiful picture! (HS nhìn tr<strong>anh</strong> trong 30 giây)<br />
Lời dẫn:<br />
– OK, boys and girls, time’s up. It’s time to show your<br />
talent.<br />
– My first question is: How many boys and girls are<br />
there in the picture? (4)<br />
– Good job, Nam is correct. Now, the second<br />
question is: What are the boys doing? (One is<br />
reading a magazine and the other is eating biscuits)<br />

Luật chơi:<br />
• Cả lớp chia thành 2 đội Cats và Dogs, gập<br />
<strong>sách</strong> lại.<br />
• GV cho lớp xem bức tr<strong>anh</strong> trang 26 (đã được<br />
phóng to A2 hoặc sử dụng màn hình máy chiếu)<br />
trong 30 giây.<br />
• HS ghi nhớ nội dung bức tr<strong>anh</strong>.<br />
• GV giấu tr<strong>anh</strong> đi, hỏi 5 câu hỏi về nội dung tr<strong>anh</strong>.<br />
• Đội nào có câu trả lời rung chuông hoặc giơ tay.<br />
