POLIS University publishes the “Forum A+P” journal, the only scientific and cultural magazine in the Albanian –speaking countries for the fields of architecture and territory planning. This magazine is recognized by the Ministry of Education and Science, the Academic Degrees Evaluation Committee and has an ISSN international registration code in France. The magazine is published in Albanian and English language and contains a package of scientific, informative articles and analysis.

Në ndërtesën e banimit “Climat de<br />
France” muri rrethues i përgjigjet formës<br />
drejkëndore të ndërtesës. Edhe në ketë<br />
rast, megjithëse paraqitet si kufi i fortë<br />
ndarës mes hapësirës së jashtme dhe asaj të<br />
brendshme, ai është një element poroz me<br />
hyrje të shumëfishta.<br />
2. Pjesa e plotë<br />
Në projektin e parë duket se objekti në<br />
vetvete atë që do ta quaj “ pjesa e plotë” në<br />
përgjithësi paraqitet si një hapësirë e mbuluar<br />
me kolonata të rregullta që i bashkëngjitet<br />
murit rrethues.<br />
Ajo është një hapësirë e vazhduar, që<br />
komunikon si me ambientin e jashtëm edhe<br />
me oborrin e brendshëm.<br />
Në Climat de France pjesa e plotë është<br />
pjesa e banimit. Në këtë rast muri rrethues<br />
dhe objekti bëhen një, aq sa mund të thuhet<br />
se vetë objekti është një mur me spesor.<br />
Pra, në këtë rast koncepti i murit zgjerohet<br />
dhe përfshin edhe funksione e hapësira në<br />
vetvete.<br />
3. Oborri i brendshëm publik<br />
Në të dyja ndërtesat oborri i brendshëm<br />
karakterizohet nga një gjeometri e pastër<br />
