Level 1 Creative & Digital Media
This one-year course is designed to give you an introduction to the
fast-paced digital media industry. You will learn essential skills and
be able to show your creativity, studying modules including website
design, animation, storyboarding, digital communication and IT
presentation techniques. You will explore using software such as the
Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro X.
Level 2 Creative & Digital Media
A one-year course covering a range of IT and digital media
principles. Modules include: multimedia design, website
development, animation and interactive media production.
Level 3 Creative Media Production
A two-year course which is highly practical and prepares students
for employment within the media industry. A variety of topics will
be covered including storyboarding, editing techniques, camera
techniques, and commercial production.

VOCATIONAL COURSES - CREATIVE & DIGITAL MEDIA
Progression opportunities
Students who complete the Level 3 course have many
pathways open to them including employment and higher
education.
Students may progress onto the college’s HNC in Creative
Media Production or apply to a related degree programme
at university.
