Level 3 Creative Media Production student Morgan, a
former student of Weaverham High School, is heading
into his second year of study and dreams of becoming
a Cinematographer. Morgan says his favourite thing
about the course is the opportunity to gain a wide
range of practical skills: “the best aspect is the practical
side of my course and learning new filmmaking
techniques to enhance my work.” Morgan intends to
progress onto the Creative Media HNC at college before
taking his studies further to a dedicated film school such
as Manchester Film School.

Amy Woods
Level 3 Performing Arts
Level 3 Performing Arts student Amy, a former Culcheth
High School student, has successfully completed her
Level 3 Performing Arts course and is now progressing
onto the HNC in Performing Arts at Warrington & Vale
Royal College. She intends to apply to renowned drama
school East 15 upon finishing college. She says: “The
course has prepared me by helping me grow as an
actor and experiment with roles in new ways which will
allow me to stand out at an audition.” Amy credits the
support from her tutors saying, “My tutors are great role
models to me as they strive for me to improve every
day and help me along the way.”
