Level 1 Hair & Beauty
A one-year course introducing you to the hair and beauty industry,
allowing you to specialise in one of these areas at level 2. Modules
covered include: shampoo and conditioning, skin care, styling
women’s hair, basic make-up, and basic manicure and pedicure
treatments.
Level 2 Beauty Therapy
A one-year course which will develop your skills in preparation for
working in the industry. Modules include: spray tanning, facials,
manicure and pedicure, nail art, make-up, waxing, and tinting and
shaping brows and lashes.
Level 3 Beauty Therapy
A one-year course further developing your practical skills.
You will cover modules such as skin and body analysis, body
massage, face electrotherapy treatments, electrical epilation, and
microdermabrasion.

Progression opportunities
After successfully completing this course, you can become
self-employed or seek employment as a beauty therapist in
a salon or spa.
Alternatively, you may wish to study a degree to gain
specialised training in areas such as semi-permanent
micropigmentation, micro-blading,or dermaplaning.
