Careers Team can help. We encourage
all of our students to attend one-to-one
appointments with the Careers Advisers
to explore their course or career options.
Our friendly and knowledgeable
team provide free, impartial
advice and can help you with:
• Information, advice and guidance when
researching careers
• Course information, advice and guidance
relating to potential careers
• Expert advice on creating CVs, cover letters,
job searches, interview techniques and
application forms
• Your UCAS application: what to include, how
to write it, and what university admissions
tutors will be looking for
• Sourcing and exploring labour market
information for various careers
• Understanding the desirable employability
skills employers are looking for, and how
to develop these.
