Meet our students
Emily Freeman
Rupon is the subject lead for Computing & IT at Warrington
& Vale Royal College and has 6 years of teaching
experience in further and higher education.
Prior to teaching, Rupon has worked in industry, managing
a team in a graphics design company. He has designed
artwork for Stagecoach, UCLAN and many other
companies. Rupon has gained a Bachelors Honours Degree
in Networking and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education.
His specialities are Graphics design, web development and
computer hardware.
Rupon says: “I thoroughly enjoy teaching as I love working
with people and watching them develop.”
Former Bedford High School student Emily Freeman is on
track to finish her course in Level 3 IT, and has applied to
Salford University to study Digital Business.
During her course, Emily completed several work
placements at different departments in her local council.
She found these to be enjoyable and gained valuable work
experience. She feels the course has given her all the
background knowledge she needs, preparing her for the
level of work required at university. Emily credits the tutors
for their support, saying: “They are incredibly helpful and are
always there if you need them.”
