fungi/) at the Broad Institute. Because a genome sequence is not yet available for any Penicillium species, we searched the
NCBI database for homologous proteins in P. marneffei and P. chrysogenum. The number of amino acids, the e-value and
the number of overlap in relation to the entire protein are displayed. Sequences which were similar only in conserved
regions, such as DNA-binding motifs, were not considered
