Human Services
The required courses for the Human Services
Certificate provide applied, theoretical and
practical knowledge to students interested in
the helping professions. In addition, the student
develops the skills needed for employment in
the human services field, such as the ability to
manage and document client cases, lead groups,
and make referrals. A required component of this
Certificate is a field work class which provides the
student with experience and exposure to work in
the human services field.
The Human Services Certificate is designed to
provide the student with an academic background
and work experience that would make them
competitive for entry level positions in human
services agencies and organizations.

Logistics Management
This curriculum is designed to prepare students for
employment as logistics planners, transportation
analysts, inventory planners, and purchasing
analysts. The Certificate of Skill Proficiency will
allow the student to develop organizational skills
which can lead to advancement in operations
management, transportation, purchasing, materials
management, and related areas.
