update supervisors and managers in<br />
the public safety field. Classroom time<br />
will consist of lecture presentations,<br />
participation in simulation games,<br />
and the sharing of limited outside<br />
assignments. Students will have an<br />
opportunity to explore their own<br />
leadership styles, as well as the unique<br />
personality of the police officer.<br />
Students will also develop a better<br />
understanding of specific skills which<br />
will assist them in their roles. The<br />
course, while specifically designed for<br />
supervisors and managers, would also<br />
be of benefit to individuals who are<br />
preparing for supervisory positions in<br />
