user behaviours, and local and cultural values related to the mini oven thoroughly that<br />

enabled them to generate ideas based on a profound understanding and analysis of the<br />

user experience. The ERM as a generative research phase would provide many<br />

potentials for both design education and practice through encouraging people’s<br />

involvement in the early stages of the product design and development process to bridge<br />

the gap between sustainable solutions and people.<br />
