It was decided to undertake a preliminary search using the qualifier ‘case study’ to<br />

determine articles for further evaluation within this group of publications. Each of the<br />

papers was then read to eradicate any erroneous classification. The definition of a case<br />

study cited by Yin (1993) and Chetty (1996) was used to inform this process:<br />
