Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT)
Table 3.21 shows the availability of voluntary counseling and testing (VCT) for HIV.
Among the facilities surveyed in the 14 regions, 82 percent reported having a testing
system for HIV screening, including 61 percent of hospitals, 79 percent of health centers, and
83 percent of health posts.
