Medicines
With regard to the availability of drugs for the treatment of TB, nearly two-thirds (61
percent) of the facilities visited that provide services for the diagnosis and/or treatment of TB
had first-line treatment available (81 percent of health centers). Injectable streptomycin was
available in only one out of four facilities.
