Selon une communication de l'Office de la Propriété<br />
Industrielle de la République tchèque datée du 19 novembre<br />
2004, l'enregistrement international n° 141144 a fait l'objet<br />
d'une restriction du droit du titulaire de disposer de ce dernier,<br />
suite à un contrat de sûreté en date du 19 octobre 2004, en<br />
faveur du bénéficiaire suivant: Ceskoslovenská obchodní<br />
banka, a. s., Na Prikope 854/14, 115 20 Praha 1 - Nové Mesto,<br />
République tchèque. Cette restriction s'applique à<br />
l'enregistrement international précité dans sa globalité, à<br />
l'égard de toutes les parties contractantes désignées.<br />

Selon une communication de l'Office suisse (Institut Fédéral<br />
de la Propriété Intellectuelle) datée du 14 décembre 2004<br />
relative à l'enregistrement international No 745838, le Bureau<br />
International a été informé du retrait total de la restriction du<br />
droit du titulaire de disposer sur territoire suisse de<br />
l'enregistrement international précité. Ce retrait résulte d'une<br />
déclaration de l'Office <strong>des</strong> poursuites et faillites de<br />
l'arrondissement de Morges-Aubonne du 7 décembre 2004.<br />
According to a communication from the Swiss Office (Federal<br />
Institute <strong>of</strong> Intellectual Property) dated 14 December 2004<br />
concerning the international registration No 745838, the<br />
International Bureau was informed <strong>of</strong> the complete<br />
withdrawal <strong>of</strong> the restriction on the owner's right to dispose <strong>of</strong><br />
the said international registration in the territory <strong>of</strong><br />
Switzerland. This withdrawal is the result <strong>of</strong> a declaration <strong>of</strong><br />
the Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Office <strong>of</strong> the district <strong>of</strong><br />
Morges-Aubonne dated 7 December 2004.<br />
