This publication, explains in detail the procedures relating to the international registration of marks under the Stockholm Act of
the Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks, the Protocol Relating to that Agreement and the Common
Regulations under the Madrid Agreement and Protocol which entered into force on April 1, 1996. Annexed to it are complete
texts of the Madrid Agreement, the Protocol Relating to that Agreement and the Common Regulations, and also the forms prescribed
by the Regulations.
