• <strong>User</strong> Usage (Login user only): Each category shows the printing usage by<br />
user.<br />
Button Name Description<br />
Quick Menu Open the quick menu.<br />
Search<br />
Search for a desired menu or app.<br />
To use <strong>User</strong> Usage, you may need to select to Application Authentication<br />
and Standard Accounting Only from Settings > Admin Settings ><br />
Security > Mode or Method on the home screen or Apps.<br />
Print<br />
You can print a usage counter report.<br />

USB<br />
To use the USB feature, tap Box > USB on the home screen or Apps (see "Using<br />
a USB drive device" on page 218).<br />
Understanding the Counter menu<br />
To use this feature, you need to insert a USB memory device into the USB<br />
port on your machine.<br />
• Total Usage: Each category shows the usage count by job types ( Print,<br />
Copy, Fax Print, Report, Total ).<br />
- All : Tap and select<br />
• Large Page Usage: Shows the count of <strong>A3</strong> jobs.<br />
• Send Usage: Shows the count of Send ( Email, S<strong>MB</strong>, FTP, USB, PC, Others)<br />
jobs.<br />
• Fax Send Usage(PSTN): Shows the count of Fax Send Usage.<br />
