1 Put the egg/eggs into the measuring cup and add sufficient milk to give:-<br />

Loaf 500g 750g 1Kg<br />

Liquid up to 190ml 280ml 350ml<br />

Gluten Free Mixes Program 5<br />

Ingredients Glutafin® Gluten Juvela® Gluten Schär Mix B®<br />

Free Select Free Mix Gluten Free Mix<br />

Bread Mix<br />

Water 350ml 400ml 500ml<br />

Vegetable Oil 1 tbsp 2tbsp 2tsp<br />

Gluten Free Bread Mix 500g 500g 500g<br />

Salt N/A N/A 1tsp<br />

Easy blend dried yeast 2tsp 2tsp 2tsp<br />

Crust Colour LIGHT MEDIUM DARK<br />

1 After 5 minutes mixing, scrape down with a plastic spatula to ensure all the ingredients<br />

are incorporated.<br />
